A: Best way to avoid any kind of wait is to book 1-2 hours in advance by calling our receptionist. We will prep your area in advance so you may enjoy the full session upon arrival.
A: If you are running late to your appointment, its best to call and inform us as soon as possible so we may adjust our assigned therapist's schedule. If we do not hear from you within the first 10 minutes of your start time, the slot will be given to another client.
A: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 2 hours in advance as courtesy so your assigned therapist can take another client.
A: It's best to wear loose fitting clothes so your therapist can easily access your arms and legs, feet and hands.
A: It is not necessary to undress when getting a foot massage service. You will undress only during a body massage session, however our staff is trained to drape the entire body, only to expose the area being worked on.
A. The session lasts up until the last 5 minutes of your booking, when we do a wrap-up portion of the routine and prepare the stations for the next guest in line.
A: If you are satisfied with your experience and wish to extend your time mid-session, please inform your therapist and they will honor your request upon availability.
